Large diversity of groceries forces to apply different certified raw materials for manufacturing of labels which may come into contact with foodstuffs. Both raw material and the overprint are required to be selected appropriately to conditions, which product may be exposed to. In such case, it is recommended to apply labels, resistant to moisture, high or low temperature or greasy effects. When designing labels for groceries, their look, aesthetics and colouring become the most important features. Therefore high-quality multicoloured print is applied here with a usage of glossy varnishes, goldings and stampings.

Data are placed on the label accordingly. Other information such as production date, expiry date, barcode are received from data base and automatically put on the label. When product is put on the scale, printer starts printing labels with appropriate weight.
