Resinous and wax-resinous ribbons assure perfect quality of overprint on PE, PET, PP, PVS base or textile materials. For print of paper labels and carton tags, high-quality wax ribbons are dedicated.
In thermal transfer print, pigment is transferred from the ribbon to the base by means of thermal head. Print durability and resistance to smudging depend on applied ribbon. Dirt gathering on printing head is a very common phenomenon when thermal transfer printing.
